TERMS OF SERVICE

THE HOCKEY EXPERIENCE

Who Can Register?

Our Experiences are designed for specific age groups, which will be clearly stated for each camp or session. Registration is open to individuals within the specified age bracket.

For participants under the age of 18, only a parent or legal guardian may complete the registration. The parent or guardian must:

  • Be over the age of 18.

  • Agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Provide their full contact details, including name, phone number, and email.

  • Supply the full names of the children being registered.

Please note that each registration is limited to one player at a time.

Only players who have completed registration and made full payment in advance will be permitted to attend the Experience. Players are expected to arrive fully prepared and ready to begin at the stated start time.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our operations, which include staffing, travel expenses, and limited capacity, we enforce a no refund policy. By registering, you agree to this policy.

However, registrations are transferable. If a child cannot attend due to illness, injury, or other emergencies, you may transfer the registration to another eligible participant.

In the unlikely event that the Experience is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, reimbursement will only be provided for expenses where refunds have been obtained from service providers.

By registering, your information will be added to our databases for The Hockey Experience. You will be informed of future Experiences and opportunities. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties for purposes other than those related to The Hockey Experience. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for further details.
